Terms
The license agreement for the Agents Keeper app (EULA). "The Owner" is Nicolás Pinzón Aparicio. Installing or using the app means you accept these terms.
License
The Owner grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Macs that you own or control, for your own use. The app is licensed, not sold. The Owner keeps every right not granted here.
Restrictions
Except to the extent the law expressly allows despite this clause, you may not copy the app (other than a backup copy and the copies the installer makes), modify it or create derivative works, redistribute, sell, rent, lease or sublicense it, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or remove or bypass any notice, license check or technical protection.
Third-party software
The app includes third-party components under their own licenses, listed in the third-party notices that ship inside the app (Settings, About). Agents Keeper is independent and not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Amazon. The agent tools you run through it, such as Claude Code or Codex, are separate products under their own terms, and you need your own accounts for them.
Your content
Your projects, files and sessions stay on your Mac. The Owner claims no right to them. You are responsible for what the agents you run do with your files and accounts.
Updates
The app may offer updates. An update is part of the app and is covered by these terms.
Termination
These terms end automatically if you break them, and the Owner may end them by giving you notice. When they end, stop using the app and delete your copies.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Owner is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or savings, arising from the app. The Owner's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, or USD 50 if it was free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live still apply to you.
